Delivery formats
The original texts can be sent by e-mail, fax or post. Files bigger than 10 MB can be uploaded to the FTP server of Carbonell Translations. We can also share a folder which would be specific of every customer through Foldershare.

We work with the following formats:
   • Microsoft Office 2007: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
   • Adobe CS 2: In Design, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator
   • Macromedia 2004 Professional: Dreamweaver, Flash
  • doc, xls, pdf, gif, jpg, pub, ppt, psd, indd, ia, HTML, XML, SGML

Resources
Carbonell Translations has at its disposal general as well as specialized dictionaries (legal, technical, medical, marketing, communication and business).
We also use on line resources for translators such as glossaries, specialized dictionaries and discussion groups.

As for CAT-tools (Computer Aided Translation Programs) we use:
   •Wordfast 5.5 for documents in Word,
   •SDL Trados 2007 for documents in Excel, PDF and Adobe InDesign and
   •Catalyst 7 for HTML and executable files (webpages and localisation).
